RFA for JAG grant funds now available
Posted: Friday, January 18, 2013
The Governor's Criminal Justice Division (CJD) just released its Request for Applications (RFA) for the 2013-2014 Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) program. One significant development for prosecutors is that there is a new grant priority directed to "technology that promotes electronic discovery for defense counsel." If you've wanted to move your county to a new, more paper-friendly discovery system, this could be just the seed money you need. The deadline for grant applications is February 28, 2013, so don't delay! Applicants must access CJD’s grant management website at https://eGrants.governor.state.tx.us to register and apply for funding.
The RFA includes more detailed information and can be downloaded below.
