DENTON, Texas (AP) -- A North Texas jury has ordered 60 years in prison for the apparent mastermind in the 2010 abduction and robbery of a woman.
Investigators say Eileen Loskot of Double Oak was snatched during a staged car accident in the Dallas area. She was freed unharmed after being forced to drive hundreds of miles to Santa Rosa, N.M.
Matthew Casaus pleaded guilty to aggravated kidnapping and aggravated robbery. He was sentenced Thursday in Denton.
