A Brazos County jury broke for deliberations at 10:48 a.m. Monday in the trial of a 28-year-old Bryan man accused of engaging in criminal activity during a 2008 shooting incident.

If convicted, "Marco" Cabrera Antonio Agundiz could receive up to 99 years in prison for a first-degree felony.
