Benitez sentencing continues tomorrow

Jury in the manslaughter trial of Jonathan Benitez broke from sentencing deliberations tonight at 5:30 p.m. without coming to a decision.
Benitez was found guilty of second degree manslaughter which caused the death of 16-year Mandy Le in May 2011.
Prosecutors used evidence and witness testimony to prove he was drinking beers and doing cocaine the night the SUV he was driving jumped a curb, partially ejecting Le's body, before a utility pole guy-wire decapitated her.
