Henry Molina Sentenced to Five Years in Prison

CORPUS CHRISTI - A man convicted this morning of throwing his baby boy out of the car while strapped to his car seat was sentenced to 5 years in prison this afternoon.
It took the jury just minutes this afternoon to decide Henry Molina would serve several years in prison for his crime
Kim Gonzalez, the prosecutor told the jurors, "He is here to cry to you and tell you he is a good dad, and I am here to tell you he is not."
Henry Molina's five month old son Christian, suffered bruises and cuts after Molina threw him out of his non-moving car in July 2011.
When he took the stand during hte punishment phase of the trial, Molina told jurors he was never violent towards his children.
