A jury will be charged with determining guilt in an aggravated robbery case Friday in the conclusion of a quick trial three years after the accusation.

Robert Steven Dudley, 39, is accused of holding up a convenience store Dec. 2, 2008, with a BB gun and accomplices.

The trial began Wednesday and the guilt/innocence phase will wrap up Friday, although with prior convictions and recent charges, a possible punishment phase may take some time to complete.

New charges include two escape charges in connection with the escapes from the Ector County Detention Center last year.
