A second woman arrested earlier this year in a vice sting operation at a Grapevine hotel was sentenced Wednesday to a year’s probation for prostitution.

Marilyn Haines, 39, of Grapevine, received the sentence with deferred adjudication in County Criminal Court No. 8 in Fort Worth.

Haines also was ordered to pay a $490 fine.

Haines, Randi Rashelle Haak, 42, of Fort Worth, and a 15-year-old Grand Prairie runaway were arrested on Jan. 3 on suspicion of prostitution during the operation conducted by Grapevine police.

Authorities also took Victoria Favela of Arlington into custody for driving the teen to the Grapevine hotel. Favela faces a felony charge of compelling prostitution.
