Important news on seminar reimbursements

Dear Conference Attendees:
Please note that last fiscal year's training grant (from which we reimburse your meals and lodging to attend our conferences during that period) ended on August 31, 2011. If you have not submitted a reimbursement request for a TDCAA conference held from 9/1/10 through 8/31/11, please do so before the end of this month (9/30/2011). We have a limited time in which to expend remaining grant funds for those reimbursements, and failure to comply with that deadline may result in our inability to reimburse you. We want to make certain you receive any funds to which you may be entitled, so please, submit those reimbursement requests now!
If you have any questions about submitting a reimbursement request, or if you have not received a reimbursement check for a TDCAA conference for which you have already submitted a request, please contact our Financial Officer, Tammy Hall, so that we may assist you in processing that request.
