Pursuant to a new grant rule imposed by the CCA, all grant training-related reimbursements must be discharged by TDCAA within 60 days of the incurred expense.  Accordingly, we are now requesting that all reimbursement requests be submitted to TDCAA within 30 days (to give us enough time to process them properly); failure to abide by this new deadline may result in our inability to reimburse you.  Please make sure that you and your office staff are aware of this new CCA-imposed deadline.

Our understanding is that this change is not retroactive, so it will take effect beginning with our next major training, the Prosecutor Trial Skills Course, to be held here in Austin from January 8-13th, 2012.
