Kyson Johnson, Dallas County Assistant District Attorney, assigned to the Texas Department of Insurance will be the main speaker. We also are featuring Civil Attorneys that represent the Insurance Companies, David Kasssabien and Michael Johnson.
Opening remarks will be made by Dallas County DA Craig Watkins. Our guest speakers is Joe Wehrle, CEO of the National Insurance Crime Bureau.
The co-chairs for the NTCC are David Dean, former Texas Secretary of State and Richard Roper, former US Attorney for the Northern District.
This training is free of charge with breakfast and lunch provided. Arrangements for CLE and TECLOSE credits have been made. We are inviting district attorneys, their investigators, US Attorneys and federal, state and local law enforcement officers/agents that investigae and prosecute insurance fraud thoughout Texas.
We have already had RSVP's from Harris, Bexar, and El Paso Counties. The Oklahoma Department of Insurance, Texas Chiropractic Board and the Texas Medical Examiners Board have RSVP'd as well.
