The vendor believes it will be December or January before they can actually produce the new [prosecutor concealed handgun licenses] .... The card design is ready and we are ready on our side, but they have some specialized equipment that must be delivered and put into place, along with the necessary testing and related issues. The good news is that they feel confident about the new estimate they have given us. They are aware that the production of the prosecutor licenses is dependent on their ability to get their new production system into place, and they are expediting the process to the extent possible.
