Demorian Dashon Scott threatened Rayshone Lamond Thomas and then shot him five times, telling Thomas that it was time to teach him a lesson for stiffing him in drug deals, a prosecutor told jurors Tuesday.
Scott, 19, is on trial for murder in Waco’s 19th State District Court in the Nov. 10, 2006, shooting death of the 28-year-old Thomas in the 1600 block of West Avenue.
