The Concealed Handgun Licensing Bureau is proud to announce the production of a new license. The new license contains enhanced security features and improved teslin, which are designed to discourage counterfeiting and tampering.  (A prototype of the new license can be viewed by opening the .pdf file at the bottom of this page.)

The new Concealed Handgun License production is available now.

Download the CHL-71 form (available here: http://www.txdps.state.tx.us/ftp/forms/chl-71.pdf), sign it, and mail it to:
