Man accused of killing Christopher Eric Henderson in 2004 faces second day of trial

CORPUS CHRISTI — She thought it was going to be a quick trip to the store.
Instead, Olga Lerma says she witnessed a murder.
The man she accused in the killing, Apolinar “Paul” Moreno, 37, is being tried in the shooting death of Christopher Henderson.
Henderson had been a missing person since 2004. His remains were found in a shallow grave last year by Texas Department of Transportation workers near Farm-to-Market Road 43 and Chapman Ranch Road.
