Moms confront child molester

Two mothers whose sons were molested by a former Bryan teacher were able to look him in the eye Monday and explain the pain he caused their families.
One condemned Stephen Bruce Unger for lying and forcing her son to bear a burden no person should ever have to carry. Her son was molested when he was between 9 and 15 years old; the court didn't specify his age.
"You are a liar," she said to Unger, who sat with a stoic expression. "You lied to me. You lied about being our family's friend. Friends don't deliberately commit crimes against each other.
