White supremacist convicted of arson in Polk County

David
Earl Stanley, 58, of Conroe was found guilty of Arson, a First Degree
Felony, on Wednesday, November 18, in the 411th District Court in
Livingston.
Judge Robert Trapp presided over Stanley’s two day trial for the March 2004 fire that destroyed an Onalaska house he owned.
According
to a statement from Polk County District Attorney William Lee Hon, the
fire was reported to the Onalaska Volunteer Fire Department (OVFD) at
approximately 2:30 a.m. on March 4, 2004.
Hon stated that the fire resulted in the total loss of the house.
