A man was sentenced to 35 years in prison Wednesday for a 2006 murder in Red Bird - 15 years more than his original jury gave him two years ago.
Anthony London, 23, received a new sentencing trial after an appellate court determined that the original jury had been given erroneous instructions regarding the need to be unanimous on whether he had been subject to "sudden passion" before killing.
