Wenger v. State
In the defendant's trial for promotion and possession of child
pornography through a peer-to-peer file sharing network, the trial
court correctly admitted evidence of the defendant's "shared" folder to
prove that he was aware of the nature of the files he shared with other
users. The admission of the "shared" folder showed that the defendant
both intentionally and knowingly permitted other users to access his
files, which contained child pornography.
