Statements made to a doctor about who caused the complainant's injuries
and how the defendant undressed before sexually assaulting the
complainant were admissible under
T.R.E. 803(4) as statements made for the purpose of medical diagnosis or treatment. Such statements concerning the inception or general character of the
cause or external source of the injury, insofar as reasonably pertinent
to diagnosis or treatment, are admissible hearsay under T.R.E. 803(4).
