District Attorney's Office to hold seminar on Hot Checks and White Collar Crime

The Cameron County District Attorney's Division of Hot Checks and White Collar Crime will hold a business seminar addressing both issues on Friday.

The seminar will be held from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Municipal Complex in the Commissioners' Board Room, 115 E. Commercial Ave. in La Feria.

The District Attorney's Office will visit several cities in Cameron County and will be available for merchants who have questions about what to do in the event of receiving a hot check, authorities said.
