Rather than publishing the entire Transportation Code, this book reproduces only the sections we believe the criminal justice community will find the most helpful.  We've included all the sections of the Transportation Code that are crimes, and virtually all of the "Rules of the Road" provisions along with all the license suspension provisions.  We hope this book - and a companion publication, Traffic Stops - will be useful for officers, prosecutors, and others in deciphering our state's driving laws.
