POSITION: Assistant District Attorney – felony prosecutor
OFFICE: 35th Judicial District Attorney’s Office – Brown and Mills County
LOCATION: Brownwood, Texas
SALARY: $80,000 (contingent on experience), plus benefits
Brown and Mills County – The 35th Judicial District Attorney’s Office has an open position for a felony level prosecutor. Duties will include all aspects of felony prosecution in the 35th District Court including all aspects of courtroom experience from grand jury through jury trials. Salary is up to $80,000 more or less. Benefits include health insurance, payment of bar dues and other professional dues, CLE, and retirement. July bar examinees are encouraged to apply.
Brown and Mills Counties are located at the top of the Hill Country in central Texas with beautiful Lake Brownwood nearby.
