JOB TITLE: Attorney, Civil (Juvenile)
JOB SUMMARY: This position requires a thorough knowledge of law enforcement and juvenile procedures. This individual will have daily contact with the public and is responsible for assisting the Criminal District Attorney with trying cases and handling legal matters.
JOB SUMMARY: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university and a J.D. (law) degree are required. The individual must have a Texas Law license and be in good standing with the State Bar of Texas. The individual should possess a thorough working knowledge of law enforcement and court procedures and practices. Over three (3) years of experience is preferred. Must pass criminal background check and take/pass drug screen. Must have valid TX driver’s license in order to operate County vehicles.
SALARY: Pay Group E13 – $85,000 – $105,000/annually, salary will be commensurate with experience. Benefits include employee paid medical, retirement, other employee supplemental coverage, as well as paid State Bar dues and CLE, paid vacation and sick leave.
