Drug Court Prosecutor

The Brazoria County District Attorney’s Office is seeking a prosecutor for Drug Court.  Requirements include some felony experience and currently licensed to practice law in The State of Texas.  The position’s priority is primarily concentrated in Drug Court but has additional job duties in felony intake including the drafting of indictments, search warrants, approval of warrants and interfacing with law enforcement.   Additionally may involve trial preparation and trial presentation.   Starting annual salary range is from $86,501.00 – $97,357.00 + benefits.
