Brown and Mills County – The 35th Judicial District Attorney’s Office has an open position for a felony level prosecutor. Duties will include all aspects of felony prosecution in the 35th District Court including all aspects of courtroom experience from grand jury through jury trials. Starting salary is approximately $67,000. Benefits include health insurance, payment of bar dues and other professional dues, CLE, and retirement.
