All applicants must be licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing with the State Bar. Duties will include all aspects of prosecution of misdemeanors, juvenile cases, and JP Court; researching county and government issues; and representing the State in mental health commitments, Child Protective Services cases and Adult Protective Services cases.
Salary is based on experience, but will include County bene ts, including paid Holidays, Vacation, Sick Leave, Retirement and Insurance pursuant to the Washington County Personnel Policy guidelines. Paid CLE, State Bar dues, and membership in TDCAA. Application and resume must include a minimum of three references.
