Assistant Criminal District Attorney
The 222nd Criminal District Attorney is seeking a prosecutor for a position currently available. This position will primarily involve misdemeanor prosecution, protective order applications, advising local law enforcement agencies, and general assistance to the district attorney.
The applicant must be a graduate of an accredited law school, currently licensed to practice law in the State of Texas, and a member in good standing with the State Bar of Texas. Prosecutorial experience is preferred but not required.
Salary will be based on experience. Benefits include CLE, State bar dues, health insurance, and retirement.
