TDCAA is proud to bring you the 2021 online Civil Law Conference. Civil attorneys in prosecutor offices face a litany of tasks and duties day-to-day, and TDCAA’s Civil Law Conference aims to help them in their pursuit of serving the counties for which they work. Sessions address topics every civil practitioner needs, from an outlook on life post-Covid and the ethics of bringing in outside counsel, to criminal discovery in civil files and environmental enforcement. No matter your job description, you’ll find much to take away from this online training!
For a total of $200.00, attendees will receive at least 8 hours of MCLE, including at least 1 hour of Ethics.
Registration will be identical to past live training events. Every registrant will receive a confirmation email. On May 10th, a separate email will be sent with instructions as well as a link and code giving them access to the training through our learning management system, SAP Litmos. All training will be available immediately. To receive CLE credit for the course, the entire program must be viewed. Partial credit for a course is not an option. You will have until June 30th to complete the course.
