The Department of Public Safety’s Crime Laboratory Division recently posted a Quality Incident notification update on their website that is related to a forensic science presentation offered at last month’s Elected Prosecutor Conference in San Antonio. The notice below has been emailed to prosecutor offices around the state but we are also posting it on our website at the agency’s request. For questions, please follow up with that agency.
