County Attorney Montgomery County
The Montgomery County Attorney’s office is seeking to fill a position for Assistant County Attorney to work as a prosecutor in the Juvenile section. The Attorney will also serve as the primary attorney for the Power Recovery Court (juvenile drug court). Applicants should be admitted to the bar in Texas. The position is classified as an Attorney I or Attorney II, depending upon experience. Prior experience as a prosecutor is preferred but is not required. Salary will be commensurate with experience. The position also includes full Montgomery County benefits, including insurance and retirement.
