Assistant County Attorney – Juvenile position.
The Montgomery County Attorney’s office is seeking to fill a position for Assistant County Attorney to work as a prosecutor in the Juvenile section. Juvenile section attorneys review criminal charges for acceptance or rejection and determine a disposition that is in the best interest of the child offender and the community. Applicants should be admitted to the bar in Texas.
The position is classified as an Attorney I or Attorney II, depending upon experience. Salary will be commensurate with experience. The position also includes full Montgomery County benefits, including insurance and retirement.
