The Hill County District Attorney’s Office has an opening for an Assistant D.A. to handle felony criminal matters. Essential job functions include the entire spectrum of a D.A.’s Office, and the position will include any duties assigned.
Excellent case analysis, plea negotiation, and trial skills are required. This office consists of 4 attorneys, 3 support staff members, and one investigator. The ability to work well with your co-workers and to handle a relatively high caseload is necessary.
Salary starting at $100,000.00 or higher, depending on experience, etc.
Cost of CLE, TDCAA, and bar dues are included, along with standard county holidays, vacation days, health insurance, and excellent retirement benefits (TCDRS, with 200% county match of 7% of salary).
