Assistant District Attorney – Felony (Forfeiture and/or Juvenile)
The Midland County District Attorney’s office is a mid-sized office with jurisdiction over felony and misdemeanor criminal cases and is staffed by up to 32 Assistant District Attorneys, 10 Investigators, and 22 Administrative Support Staff. We prosecute cases in four District Courts, two County Courts-at-Law, and four JP Courts. We are in the economically dynamic Permian Basin of West Texas and serve a county with a population of approximately 185k and a regional population of over 300k. We have a fantastic leadership team, and plenty of new, young prosecutors. We are specifically looking for a felony-level prosecutor with several years of experience to join our growing office.
The salary ranges from $110-160k, depending on your level of experience, and relocation assistance may be available. SB22 supplements also may be available.
