Salary: $92,953 – $104,920 (Commensurate with qualifications)
Duties:
- Provides oversight for the Public Information Act Division.
- Prepares legal briefs to the Texas Attorney General’s Office regarding Public Information Act exceptions.
- Advises and assists County Departments with Public Information Act requests.
- Manages three paralegals in the handling of Public Information Act requests.
Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited law school. Must possess a current license to practice law in the State of Texas. Minimum of one (1) year of experience practicing law required.
