Assistant District Attorney V – Civil Division
Position: Dallas County Assistant District Attorney – Civil Division (Attorney V.7035500)
Duties: Advising the County and it departments on a variety of civil legal issues; preparing and reviewing contracts on behalf of the County and its departments.
Qualifications: Current license to practice law in the State of Texas; member in good standing with the State Bar of Texas; 4 years of experience practicing law; and must pass background check.
Preferences: Prefer 4 years of civil law experience; experience with a governmental entity or private firm with an emphasis on representing municipalities or counties is preferred; strong background in contract negotiation, review, and drafting of government contracts, and experience with public procurement laws.
Monthly Salary Range: 10,486.04 – 13,103.47
