For this position, we are looking for an attorney with five (5) years’ experience in diverse civil and/or criminal matters, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. This position reports directly to the Civil Division Chief and is responsible for performing legal work pertaining to civil law matters within the Williamson County District Attorney’s Office including civil asset forfeiture, bond forfeiture, expunctions, nondisclosures, extraditions, and public information requests.
