Felony Attorney Position in 35th Judicial District Attorney’s Office
Brown and Mills County – The 35th Judicial District Attorney’s Office has an open position for a felony level prosecutor. Responsibilities include all aspects of felony prosecution in the 35th District Court including intake, grand jury, jury trials and revocation proceedings. Salary range is $95,000 – $108,000 based on experience. Benefits include health insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield), payment of state bar dues and other professional dues, MCLE, and retirement (TCDRS retirement system).
