Felony/Misdemeanor Prosecutor – Milam County District Attorney’s Office
The Milam County District Attorney’s Office is seeking an attorney to join our office as a felony/misdemeanor prosecutor. The position offers the opportunity to handle a diverse criminal caseload and obtain substantial courtroom and jury-trial experience while working in an office with an emphasis on both effective prosecution and work-life balance.
Applicants must be licensed to practice law in Texas and be in good standing with the State Bar of Texas. Prior criminal prosecution or courtroom experience is preferred but not required. We welcome applications from both experienced prosecutors and attorneys interested in developing their skills as trial lawyers.
Salary: Commensurate with experience, up to $125,000.
