Investigator/Warrant Officer for Brazos County
The Brazos County Attorney’s Office has an immediate opening for a full-time Investigator/Warrant Officer.
Available Start Date: May 18, 2026
Starting Salary: $66,976/annually (DOE)
Job Description: Investigative support of misdemeanor cases prosecuted by office, serve subpoenas to witnesses, provide courtroom security to witnesses/victims when necessary.
Any other duties as assigned.
Experience: Intermediate Certificate from the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement Officer Standards and Education (TCLEOSE). At least two (2) years of investigative experience.
Skills: Operate computers, able to handle a variety of tasks, able to communicate effectively with people and maintain good working relationships with others
