The Foundation has been pleased to support the production of TDCAA’s Mandatory Brady Training. Offered online for free with the support of the Court of Criminal Appeals and the Foundation, this course is some of our best work yet. As you know by now, new prosecutors must take the training within 180 days of taking the job, and everyone must take a refresher course within four years. That means that for those who last took the course in 2018, you must complete the refresher before the end of 2022.
