We have been very fortunate that through support from the Foundation and the Criminal Justice Section of the State Bar, TDCAA has been able to produce excellent online Brady training. As you know, it is mandatory that a prosecutor take a Brady course approved by the Court of Criminal Appeals within 180 days of taking on the job, and then take a refresher every four years. 2022 is the year that many people will need that refresher, so Gregg Cox, TDCAA’s Assistant Training Director, is working on our next version of that training. It should be available toward the end of the summer, so stay tuned!
