The National Insurance Crime Bureau’s (NICB) fifth annual National Conference of Insurance Crime Attorneys will be held October 19-20. The event is free to attend (both virtually and in-person) and up to seven continuing legal education hours will be offered.
This growing event brings together federal, state, and local prosecutors from across the country who focus on property/casualty insurance fraud and vehicle crimes to learn and discuss current issues and emerging trends, strategies, and pitfalls encountered while prosecuting fraud, and engage in networking with colleagues.

The conference is a free, one-of-a-kind event designed for:✔ Legal counsel from NICB Member-insurance companies✔ Federal, state, and local prosecutors focusing on insurance crime and fraud NCICA brings together legal counsel from NICB Member companies and prosecutors to learn about current issues and emerging trends in insurance crime and fraud; discuss effective strategies and potential pitfalls encountered while investigating and prosecuting these cases; and network with colleagues who share your expertise.The conference will run from approximately 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST on October 19, and 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM CST on October 20. The agenda will be finalized and made available in the coming weeks.Attendees will be eligible for up to seven CE credits in most states subject to bar approval. |
