This year’s Annual Conference will take place at Moody Gardens Hotel & Conference Center. The discounted rate is $139 per night. Beginning Spetember 19, 2026, you can call 888-388-8484 to book your reservation; you must mention TDCAA. You can also book online by using TDCAA’s private reservation page. The system will tell you that you cannot book until 365 days out, so please check back on September 19th. Rates are available until September 2, 2027 or until the block is full, whichever comes first. This is the host hotel and there is a limited number of rooms that will be available at the TDCAA rate. This hotel offers complimentary internet in guest rooms and free self-parking in the uncovered lot. Valet is $20 per night. Self-parking in the garage is $15.00 per night and $10.00 for the day. Board meetings will be held on Tuesday, September 21. The Annual Conference will begin Wednesday, September 22 and adjourn Friday, September 24.
The Legislative Update will be held on Tuesday, September 21 from 1:00pm-5:00pm.

Standard Reimbursement Policy: TDCAA will reimburse only eligible prosecutors and prosecutor office employees up to the GSA rate per night for two nights’ stay at a hotel. TDCAA no longer reimburses for meals. Additionally, TDCAA will not reimburse for travel, registration fees, hotel tax, parking, taxi costs, or other extraordinary expenses. All other expenses are your own.
