The Civil Law Conference will be held at the Menger Hotel. To make reservations at the $124 group rate, call (210) 223-4361 (and mention TDCAA in order to get the discounted rate) or visit TDCAA’s private reservation page to book online. Rates are available until April 19 or until the block is sold out, whichever comes first. This hotel parking is $20 per night.
A password will be sent to registered attendees one week prior to the event to download materials.

Airport Ground Transportation Note: There is a city shuttle called “Super Shuttle” that leaves every 15-30 minutes from outside the baggage claim area. Shuttle will make several hotel drop-offs. Cost is $15.00 one way or $20.00 round trip. Taxi ranges from $25.00-$30.00 and will charge a flast rate for one to three people. Costs are pre-COVID so there may be an increase.
Standard Reimbursement Policy: TDCAA will reimburse only eligible prosecutors and prosecutor office employees up to the GSA rate per night for two nights’ stay at a hotel. Due to the increase in hotel reimbursement, TDCAA will no longer reimburse for meals. Additionally, TDCAA will not reimburse for travel, registration fees, hotel tax, parking, taxi costs, or other extraordinary expenses. All other expenses are your own.
