The Civil Law Conference will be held at the Embassy Suites Grapevine DFW located at 2401 Bass Pro Drive. The discounted rate is $181. Rates are available until April 21 or until the block is sold out, whichever comes first. The hotel offers free breakfast and overnight self parking is $15.00 per night. Day self-parking is $5.00.

Reimbursement Policy: TDCAA will reimburse only eligible prosecutors and prosecutor office employees up to $85.00 per night for up to a two nights’ stay at a hotel. TDCAA will not reimburse for meals, travel, registration fees, hotel tax, parking, taxi costs, or other extraordinary expenses. All other expenses are your own.
