Hotel & Location Update!
Due to closure of the original host hotel, the 2021 June Elected Prosecutor Conference has been moved. The conference will now be held at the Hyatt Regency just minutes away from our original location. Everyone who reserved a room under the TDCAA room block has a room at the new hotel. You will receive a cancelation email of your initial reservation.
Not all booking information was transferred to the new hotel. If you were previously booked at the initial location under the TDCAA room block, you must contact the Hyatt Regency San Antonio Riverwalk at (800) 233-1234 to provide payment information. The agent will provide you with your new confirmation number.
If you booked outside of the block, you can make your new reservation here using TDCAA’s private reservation page or by calling (800) 233-1234. The group rate is $124.00. If you’re calling in, you must mention G-SZW4 or TDCAA in order to get the discounted rate. The rate will be available until May 30 or until the block is sold out, whichever comes first. The hotel offers self-parking at $19.00 per night. Valet is $49.00 per night. Check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time I s 11:00am.

No exhibitors will be present at this meeting.
Elected Prosecutors Conference Reimbursement Policy: TDCAA will reimburse only eligible prosecutors and prosecutor office employees up to $94 per night for three nights’ stay at a hotel. Due to the increase in hotel reimbursement, TDCAA will no longer reimburse for meals. Additionally, TDCAA will not reimburse for travel, registration fees, hotel tax, parking, taxi costs, or other extraordinary expenses. All other expenses are your own.
