The Investigator Conference will take place at the Hyatt Regency Conroe located at 1001 Grand Central Parkway. Single/double occupancy is $169. Rates are available until January 19 or until the block is sold out, whichever comes first. Overnight self-parking is complimentary. This hotel has a 48-hour cancelation policy and offers free internet in guest rooms.
New Investigator School (NIS) will be held on Tuesday, February 10 from 8:00am-5:15pm. When registering for the conference, click the New Investigator School option. You must purchase conference registration in order to be considered to attend. Registration does not guarantee entrance into the school. Applicants will be notifed prior to the conference regarding acceptance into NIS.
A password for materials will be sent to registered attendees one week prior to the event to download materials.
A QR code will also be provided at the conference to evaluate each talk and its presenter.
Reimbursement Policy: TDCAA will reimburse only eligible prosecutors and prosecutor office employees up to $85.00 per night for up to a three nights’ stay at a hotel. TDCAA will not reimburse for meals, travel, registration fees, hotel tax, parking, taxi costs, or other extraordinary expenses. All other expenses are your own.
