Key Personnel & Victim Assistance Coordinators Conference 2026

Key support personnel and victim assistance coordinators are essential members of a professional prosecutor’s office. If you fill one of these vital roles, plan to attend TDCAA’s KP/VAC Conference. The KP/VAC Conference will be held at the Sheraton Fort Worth Downtown located at 1701 Commerce Street. Rates are available until October 13 or until the block is sold out, whichever comes first. Overnight self-parking is $25.00 per night and the hotel offers free internet. This hotel has a 48-hour cancelation policy. At the time of check-in, each guest will be required to present a major credit card whose brand is accepted by Hotel, on which Hotel may place a hold in accordance with Hotel’s standard procedure or process a prepayment in the amount of the guest’s estimated charges, if prepayment has not already been made.

A password will be sent to registered attendees one week prior to the event to download materials.

A QR code will be provided at the conference to evaluate each talk and its presenter.

Reimbursement Policy: TDCAA will reimburse only eligible ­prosecutors and prosecutor office employees up to $85.00 per night for up to a two nights’ stay at a hotel. TDCAA will not reimburse for meals, travel, registration fees, hotel tax, parking, taxi costs, or other ­extraordinary expenses. All other expenses are your own.
