What laws were passed during the 87th Regular Session? And what does that mean for how you investigate and prosecute crimes? Find out answers to these questions and many more as we offer our Legislative Update online for the first time ever and travel to two cities for live conferences.
This Legislative Update is happening the same week as TDCAA’s Annual Criminal and Civil Conference. Attendees of that course are welcome to attend the Legislative Update, but it requires additional payment, separate registration, and separate sign-in on-site. Space at this location is limited so online registration will be cut off when capacity has been reached.
This Legislative Update session is from 1p.m. to 5 p.m. and is worth 4 hours of 3187 TCOLE and 3.5 hours of CLE credit. The cost is $100 for paid TDCAA Members (this means you have paid your membership dues for the year) and $150 for all others. There will be no walk-ins accepted at this Legislative Update.
Registration for the 2021 Legislative Updates is online only. Locations are subject to maximum capacities, and online registration will be closed after pre-registration meets the maximum number of seats. Walk-ins may not be accepted, so don’t delay in signing up. A working email address is mandatory for confirmation of your registration and as a means of contacting you. We will not share email addresses or use them for any nefarious purpose.
Registration for the online version of the Legislative Update can be found under the “online training” tab.
