This course is designed for prosecutors only and is specially developed for both DWI prosecutors and those trying felony impaired driving cases. This program provides 4 hours of CLE credit. No TCOLE credit will be given.

We will go from nullification and the disconnect between our BAC and video, right down to defending the multitudes of little errors in SFSTs.
