Part Two of the Mental Health Video Series focuses on litigation in mental health cases. Topics include competency and restoration, sanity, other mental health defenses, and detailed information about the Texas State Hospital system and the continuum of care. This course is free of charge. This course will be available September 4, 2024 to August 15, 2025.
